Block Exemption Regulation (BER)

Under EU Competition Law, Block Exemption Regulation (BER) means that independent professional repairers CAN carry out normal service maintenance and repairs during a vehicles warranty period without invalidating the warranty conditions, providing matching OE quality parts are fitted. All Top Auto Service Centres use OE lubricants and parts to comply with this regulation when servicing vehicles under a manufacturer’s warranty period.
